Spearman-rank correlations between plasma carotenoid concentrations and beak coloration in captive male and female Zebra Finches (Taeniopygia guttata). In all comparisons n = 12, and sequential Bonferroni adjustments were applied to correct for multiple comparisons (carotenoid types) within each sex.
